Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Hebi Sushi operates a delivery-only kitchen in Yerevan, Armenia. Ordering through this site means you accept these terms.

2. Orders

An order becomes binding once we confirm it by phone. Until then either side can walk away. We may decline an order — an address out of range, an item that has run out, or a night when the kitchen is already at capacity.

3. Prices

All prices are in Armenian drams and include VAT. The price shown at the moment we confirm your order is the price you pay. Delivery is 700 AMD, free from 5,000 AMD.

4. Payment

Card or cash on delivery, and the online methods listed in the footer. We do not store card numbers.

5. Allergens

Every dish is made in one kitchen that handles fish, shellfish, sesame, soy, gluten and eggs. We cannot guarantee the absence of any trace. If an allergy is serious, tell us before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve you safely.

6. Age

You need to be 18 or older to place an order.

7. Liability

Our liability for a problem with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Armenian consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one on this page when you order.
